When an encounter must happen, it will. When a song must be sung, it will be.
“In search of the boy who was singing” is a movie about a song and a song
about a movie, but most of all it is a true story about a car, full of
dreamers, who go searching for a boy they have never seen before, with their
only clue being one short moment in time when they heard him singing as he was
on his way. Whether they find him or not doesn’t matter. The search is what is
important.

Maria Makedonska is a director of experimental, documentary and fiction films,
stop motion animation and music video clips.
