Pavi (Pavel Yossifov, 75) is a colorful person, who lives in an adobe shack in a forest without electricity and running water. He constantly reads by candlelight and is keenly interested in what is going on around the world. Amidst his little kingdom of newspaper cuttings, Pavi dreams of getting some of his short stories published and gaining recognition as a writer. Festivals & awards: World Premiere Sofia IFF 2021

ANA KITANOVA studied Film and TV Directing at NATFA, Sofia. During her studies she participated in international workshops: Summer Media Studio, Lithuania; SEECS, Turkey; Sarajevo Talent Campus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, etc. Her graduation short documentary The Woman from the Lighthouse was selected for the competitions at Zadar, Drama, Varna and Toruń. Destiny of a Bum is her full-length documentary directorial debut.
