How the technological framework changes the discussion about the role of t he artist today? In his presentation\, Momchil Alexiev talks about the rel ationship between these three terms\, how we can talk about the virtual he re and now\, and shows examples from his practice in film\, theatre and VR /XR.\n \;\nMomchil Alexiev\, lecturer\nMomchil Alexiev graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome and the Dutch Film Academy - NFTA. Since 20 07 he has been directing his own film projects and is stage designer of th eatre productions in Italy\, the United Kingdom\, Germany\, Bulgaria and t he Netherlands. As founder of Actifilm (since 2007) he focuses his work on seeking new organic connections between performance\, cinematic space and video projections. His current work is a continuation of this process. In it he explores "The state of spectatorship in the context of immersive ci nema". Momchil has directed short and interactive 360° films screened at festivals such as VR Days Europe and SIFF. He is the founder of the first Bulgarian platform for virtual reality "VR Lab BG" and has got a Sundance Institute Fellowhip. The focus of his work in his projects is to expand th e discussion on the changing state of spectatorship and to develop the ide a of "immersion" as a dramaturgical module for storytelling.\n[/trp_langua ge]\n\n\n\n[trp_language language="bg_BG"]\nРеално\, сюрреал но и виртуално? От 2007 година насам режисира собствени филмови проекти и е сценограф на театрални постановки в Италия\, Обеди неното Кралство\, Германия\, България и Х оландия. Като основател на Актифилм (от 20 07г.) насочва работата си към търсене на н ови органични връзки между пърформанс\, кинематографично пространство и видео п рожекции. Сегашната му работа е продълже ние на този процес. В него той изследва “ Състоянието на зрителство в контекста н а потапящото (immersive) кино”. Момчил режиси ра късометражни и интерактивни 360° филми показвани на фестивали като VR Days Europe и SIF F. Основател е на първата българска платф орма за виртуална реалност “VR Lab BG” и ст ипендиант на Sundance Institute.
