Many participants say, “Erasmus changed my life.” Roberto is one of 15 million who joined Erasmus over its 35-year history. We followed him before, during, and after his Youth Exchange—a short-term Erasmus for non-university participants.

Director’s Biography:
Born in 1999, Roberto began working in video ads as a teen and assisted on NHK documentaries in Italy. He studied Cinema, Photography, and Television at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. After working in VR video production in London and briefly in Los Angeles, he returned to Italy to focus on documentary filmmaking. He founded his own company, specializing in narrative documentaries. The Erasmus Generation is his first feature-length film.
