A Few Happy People presents three Bulgarians with Down syndrome – Ivan, Eli, and Stefi. The film follows their different life paths, shaped by work, family, dreams, and achievements. Through their personal stories, told by their families, it explores the opportunities and challenges of integration into Bulgarian society.

Director’s Biography:
Maria Andreeva began her path in directing at a screenwriting and directing club in Stara Zagora, where she worked on several short films. Later, he studied at NATFIZ “Krastyo Sarafov”, where he created several feature films and documentaries.
