RIFE’s third edition took place in Smolyan, Bulgaria from 6 to 9 July 2023.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The third edition of the festival contained three competition programs, with around 50 short, medium-length and feature-length documentaries from around the world. The festival focused on films from Germany, Greece and Turkey. A selection of some of the best premiere documentaries was shown.
All screenings were free.
