Clean Mountains is a short film about the long-running volunteer clean-up campaign organized by Za Zemiata. We look back at how it all started 25 years ago and track how it has grown over the decades—gathering people from different generations and from all over the country to clear trash from some of Bulgaria’s most remote and beautiful mountains. The film examines how the campaign has evolved, what keeps people coming back, and why the idea of shared responsibility still matters.
