People move in a fluid geographical area, with fluid borders, where the formation of national identity is in constant negotiation. The people of Nagorno-Karabakh identify themselves through the opposition to the “other”, the “enemy” and the “foreigner” and continue to build their lives on the fragments of a bloody past and an uncertain future.

THOMAS SIDERIS is an investigative journalist and director. He is working at the Greek Broadcasting Corporation. His name was in the short list for 3 years in a row (2018, 2019, 2021) for the PRIX EUROPA PRIZE, a special EU prize for the best journalist in Europe. He has been honored with TORCH AWARD in the USA (human rights advocasy via his films, Pennsylvania, May 2021).
